Design Shelf Height for Wheelchair Users 

When designing product design, designers should consider the special needs of different users, including individuals with disabilities.

Issues concerning accommodations for individuals with disabilities are becoming more prevalent, and employers may be required to make accommodations for these individuals at worksites and in other public spaces.

Sitting in a wheelchair and working at a desk or table may require extra reaching. People who use wheelchairs may encounter a variety of obstacles at their workstations depending on their limitations.

In this project, we will design a shelf for wheelchair users. Particularly, we want to determine the maximum shelf height which reachable for our target population.
